Mindful Living is an 8-session course that integrates the ancient wisdom of mindfulness with modern cognitive-behavioral approaches into an accessible and actionable set of skills to help you reclaim your attention and increase your emotional balance.

Whether you are a beginner or looking to deepen your practice, this class provides the tools and insights needed to enhance your well-being and foster resilience.
